Butier Engineering has partnered with Orange County Water District (OCWD) to provide construction management services for the Bond Basin Slope Repair Project.
The project addresses erosion-related issues at the Bond Basin, a former gravel pit that has been converted to a groundwater conservation basin in Orange. The repairs will stabilize slopes and protect the basin's long-term functionality as a critical component of Orange County's groundwater recharge system.
