Chino Desalter Phase 3 Expansion Milliken 1010 Zone Pump Station

Butier Engineering, Inc. provided construction management and inspection services for the construction of the Milliken 1010 Zone Pump Station, which is a part of the Chino Desalter Phase 3 Expansion.

Scope of Work

• Ventilated CMU Pump Station
• 198 lineal feet of 16-inch discharge piping and interconnection to an existing 30-inch transmission line
• 24-inch suction piping and interconnection to an existing 24-inch transmission line
• Installation of 3 vertical turbine pumps and associated piping, fittings, valves, appurtenances, electrical instrumentation, and controls
• Site improvements, including site grading; 3,500 SF of AC paving and base material; tree relocation; and PCC pavement, curb, and gutter restoration in accordance with Caltrans requirements
