District Administration Building Replacement

Butier Engineering, Inc. provided construction management and inspection services for the District Administration Building Replacement Project. The scope of work included the demolition of the administration building and the construction of a new administration building on the existing 29,694 square foot site.

Scope of Work

• Protect-in-place of the existing 1,223 square foot warehouse
• Construction of temporary office facilities and relocation to the temporary facilities and the new office building
• Demolition of existing structures and site, including hazmat abatement
• Construction of a new 6,026 square foot single-story building with exterior canopy and patio, covered trash enclosure, emergency generator with ATS and manual transfer switch, landscaping, parking and pedestrian paving, fencing, gates and wall, utilities, and stormwater improvements
