Project Overview

Butier Engineering, Inc. managed and coordinated the construction of the Terminal Building Curtain Wall Modifications project which includes the construction of two new curtain wall bays to house future casual bar and dining concession amenities. The objective was to develop usable floor space through the addition of two 30 ft. wide by 15 ft. deep curtain wall bays along the airfield-facing (west) exterior/curtain wall, to enable two casual dining and bar services to house their amenities. This allows the concessions to retain their square footage allotments while maintaining existing hold room seating. The scope of work included construction of steel, glass, roofing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for the bays.
