Treatment Facilities Expansion Program Plant 2

This $77 million project is an excellent example of Butier Engineering, Inc.'s proven ability to manage high-dollar, high-visibility, and long-term projects, as well as the ability to manage construction activities with minimal disruption to ongoing plant operations, residences, and high-traffic areas.

The projects, comprising the Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion Program at Plant No. 2, were a series of Clean Water grant funded projects to provide a 75 MGD Improved Treatment Plant. The project also included construction of liquid oxygen generation facilities and oxygen mixing facilities for secondary treatment.

Butier provided construction management services on this project for 7 years.
