Project Overview
Butier Engineering, Inc. provided construction management and inspection services for the construction of the Yucaipa Valley Regional Water Filtration Facility (YVRWFF). The YVRWFF was constructed on the same site concurrently with the 6.0 MG R13.1 Finished Water Storage Tank.

- 12 MGD microfiltration membrane system
- 6 MGD nanofiltration membrane system

- Operations building, including membrane room and pre-engineered steel frame system, basement, and operations and administrative rooms
