El Toro Water District Selects Butier for Water Recycling Plant Upgrades

Butier Engineering, Inc. (Butier) is proud to have been selected by El Toro Water District to provide construction management and inspection services for the Headworks and Secondary Clarifier No. 1 Rehabilitation Project.

This critical project involves rehabilitation, upgrades, and operational enhancements of the existing Water Recycling Plant aimed at improving system reliability, energy efficiency, and long-term serviceability. These improvements will ensure that the El Toro Water District continues to provide customers with safe, adequate, and reliable water and wastewater services.

Butier looks forward to working with Carollo Engineers (Engineer of Record), Filanc Construction (Contractor), Ninyo & Moore (Materials Testing/Specialty Inspection), and On-Site Technical Services (Startup and Commissioning) on this vital project to protect water reliability for the community.
