PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: Vista Verde Reservoir Replacement—Phase II

Butier Engineering is providing construction management and inspection services for the replacement of the City of Escondido’s Vista Verde Reservoir. The existing 750,000-gallon steel reservoir, which suffered from internal corrosion, is being replaced with two 1 million-gallon Type I pre-stressed concrete reservoirs that will be partially buried.
