Poseidon Water’s Carlsbad Seawater Desalination RO Treatment Plant is featured in CNN’s “City of Tomorrow” television and online series. Butier Engineering, Inc. is providing Owner’s Engineer and Inspection services for the $1 billion 50 MGD treatment facility and 10-mile product water pipeline. When completed, it will be the largest seawater desalination plant in the Western Hemisphere.
