Project Overview
Butier Engineering, Inc. provided construction management and inspection services and coordinated with IRWD regarding the abandonment/destruction of a well owned by the District located at Warner Avenue and Red Hill. Armstrong Avenue, which previously ended at Warner Avenue, was extended to Barranca Parkway. Warner was extended from Red Hill Avenue to Tustin Ranch Road.
The extensions have helped put the backbone infrastructure in place for the Tustin Legacy (formerly the Marine Corps Air Station Tustin), which is an urban master-planned community consisting of over 2,430 homes, “The District” regional shopping center (1 million sq. ft.), various education facilities, neighborhood parks, and major roadways and related infrastructure.

- Pavement striping, signing, and delineation
- Traffic signal installation and interconnect at Warner Avenue and future “G” Street, Warner Avenue and Armstrong Avenue, and Warner Avenue and Tustin Ranch Road

- Waterline, reclaimed water, and sewer line construction
