City of Chino Hills 1,2,3-TCP Project is Making Progress

Construction of the 1,2,3-TCP Removal Treatment Plant is right on schedule. Butier Engineering is partnering with the City of Chino Hills, Garney Construction and Hazen and Sawyer on this essential project that will bring additional high-quality drinking water to the Chino Hills community. The Butier team includes Billy Stewart, Project Manager; Keith Stiles, Lead Inspector; and Katie Squires, Field Engineer.
